Job Description

  • Design, develop and implement creative social media content and ad campaigns
  • Identify key target audience and segmentation for campaigns
  • Develop the business plan including the annual budget for E-marketing which will outline objectives, strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals for product/service sales, margin & operating income
  • Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of content across the websites including product & promotional merchandising, online marketing campaigns, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies
  • Build and maintain the best browsing experience and support and lead SEO, SEM,SMM activities.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC,CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
  • Develop content that builds brand awareness, generates traffic and engages customers in order to ultimately drive targeted website traffic, engagement and conversion e.g. blog writing, editing and optimization.
  • Design all E-Marketing and printed materials (Posters, banners, flyers, corporate folders, brochures, business cards, website content, social media posts, etc.)
  • Analyze and monitor social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
  • Develop reports and deliver ROI for all marketing activities, coordinate follow-up and monitor the results,
  • Manage and organize company events.
  • Build and train the technical team to use digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ensure content appears high on search rankings.
  • Monitor a company's online reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English with excellent writing, editing and research skills
  • Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities.
  • General working knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and design principles (Photoshop, UI/UX)
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Yahoo/Bing, and SEM/SEO required
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Adequate knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.
  • Web programming and Networking skills are a plus but not required.
  • Must have proven track record in managing social media marketing activities online & offline
  • 4-6 years minimum experience in the same role
