Job Description

  • Devising and maintaining office systems,including data management and filing.
  • Arranging travel,visas,accommodation and occasionally travel with the manager, take notes at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Screening phone calls,inquiries and requests .
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all level of seniority.
  • Organizing,maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming emails and faxes often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Producing documents,briefing papers,reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Liaising with clients ,suppliers and other stuff.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an office manager
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • AUC/GUC/BUE Graduate is preferred
