Job Description
- Devising and maintaining office systems,including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel,visas,accommodation and occasionally travel with the manager, take notes at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
- Screening phone calls,inquiries and requests .
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all level of seniority.
- Organizing,maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Dealing with incoming emails and faxes often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Producing documents,briefing papers,reports and presentations.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Liaising with clients ,suppliers and other stuff.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an office manager
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- AUC/GUC/BUE Graduate is preferred
