Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities, you will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive, the ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
- To handle all ground operations related to the B2B contracts and B2C
- Deliver trip schedule changes to captains and manage the use of the spare buses.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Job Requirements
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
