Job Description

Our company is looking for a Communication Specialist with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a proven hands-on experience with start-up projects and expanding organizations.

Position Duties:

  • Responsible for cooperating with different sectors but mostly with information & communications technology (ICT) sector organizations.
  • Help executing Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Send out Invitations to the customers & make follow-up calls to invite them to different organizations events.
  • Follow-up the registration list on daily basis & perform registrants analysis (i.e. their companies, their job titles, etc...).
  • Perform confirmation calls & send confirmation mails to the registrants before the event.
  • Extract attendees contact details & feedback in order to perform analysis to measure the event success.
  • Data Mining and Collecting contacts information (name, phone numbers, mails, etc.) from specific industries & for specific job titles through phone calls in order to make database building/profiling.

Market: Middle East and Africa.

Working Hours: from 9 am to 6 pm (Including an hour break inside building or outside of it).

Days Off: Friday & Saturday.

Salary Range & Benefits : 2500 EGP : 3250 EGP Net Salary, Social & Medical Insurance

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Call Center / Customer Service Field.
  • Experience in Data Mining & Data Entry.
  • Very good command of the English and French language; both written & spoken.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of customer service in responding to the information needs of all levels of the organization.
  • Resourceful and keen to learn new working methods & accept fresh challenges.
  • Process driven and have a high degree of integrity and ethics.
  • Must be able to work alone, supervise others & handle priorities.
  • Multi-languages are highly preferred.
  • Digital Marketing experience is highly preferred.
