Job Description
- Implementation of the project works according to specifications, costs and delivery dates.
- Review the drawings and specifications of the electromechanical implementation works.
- Implementation and supervision of all electrical works in the project according to specifications costs and delivery times.
- Examination and approval of samples of raw materials provided by suppliers and presented to owner and Consultant.
- Participate in planning the project schedule with the project manager.\Distribution of work on the execution supervisors, subcontractors and labor.
- Distribution of work on subcontractors according to the priority of implementation.
- Review the work of subcontractors and receipt and then delivered to the supervision (Consulting Engineer).
- In coordination with the project manager, the demands of raw materials shall be determined.
- Implementation of the project works according to specifications, drawings, costs and dates delivery.
- In coordination with the execution supervisors, arrange the work and prepare it for the first time.
- Monitor and direct the work of the execution supervisors.
- Coordination between subcontractors according to the priority of implementation.
- Inspection of raw materials supplied to the site (special supply company - supplies subcontractors) and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Responsible for the quality of subcontractors' work and compliance
For specifications. - Prepare a weekly assessment of the work of the project.
- Prepare the requests for inspection of the work carried out and submitted to the consultant to carry out the additional tasks required by the project manager.
