  • Handle Money transfer interaction in over 200 countries worldwide
  • Assist customers with account-related requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints/enquirers through different communication channels, Phone, Email, etc...
  • Ensure customer's satisfaction by offering specialized advice.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  • Learn Anti money laundry concepts (get certified).
  • Start your career in the multinational company in the financial sector.
