Credit & Bank Finance Manager

Basic tasks:

• Making the necessary banking connections to secure the best credit offers from different banks, in order to achieve the best credit offers to the company at the lowest possible cost of financing.
• Follow up dealing with different banks in the field of credit facilities, past and present, and follow up the implementation of the terms of contracts facilities and the extent of conformity to facilities granted.
• Preparation of the daily report on the financial position of the facilities banks in order to benefit the total availability of each item of facilities and the actual user and the balance available for disbursement.
• Follow up the payment of daily, weekly and monthly obligations and submit appropriate financial proposals in accordance with the available balances of banks and the available physical resources (cash / checks) and exploit them optimally and without exposing the company to any risks or bottlenecks.
• Follow-up of external and domestic transfers to local and external suppliers, whether through banks or through the main treasury, and to provide the financial management with copies of remittances in time after coding the external suppliers of HE / Managing Director.
• Processing, classification, follow-up and provision of required documents to banks, whether handled for the first time or in case of annual renewal of contracts.
• Secure access to the monthly bank accounts accounts for the facilities of the facilities.
• Prepare and review all bank forms required for remittance procedures and other bank transactions for each bank separately, and follow up all bank transactions in credit accounts until the completion of the required transaction and send the assets or pictures of the documents on the transaction to the financial management upon completion.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on resources and financial uses of credit.
• Monitor available cash resources and urge officials to develop them whenever possible.
• In addition to the responsibilities described above, undertake any specific tasks or responsibilities assigned to it by the senior management of the group.
