Job Description
Will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline - Generating leads and offers
- Promote and sell the company services.
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
- Presenting the company and the product in a professional way to prospects.
- Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement;
- Achieve the goal of each quarter sales;
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Create a report for each client call or meeting.
Developing the Designated Team Targets:
- Set clear, SMART targets for the CR’s and deliver the objectives that are consistent with company goals
- Review progress versus the objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate.
Managing Customers:
- Support successful execution of core work (delivery, backroom, management, and merchandising).
- Maintain a physical presence in the Area to ensure understanding of customers’ needs.
Managing Team:
- Manage the performance of the teams, guide, coach and develop them
- Coordinate and work closely with direct reports, to develop strategies to motivate and to retain the sales teams.
- Supervise, motivate and monitor the team performance
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Bachelor degree
- More than 4 years of sales experience
- Presentable (dressing, talking, and appearance)
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English (Reading and writing)
- Must have driving license and car
