Job Description

  • Responsible for the personnel daily effects & payroll (salaries and wages).
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and ensure applying labor law
  • Follow up and review the payroll process and procedures internally before sending to be audited.
  • Prepare the monthly reports & statistics with full analysis of (for example: the payroll monthly breakdown, OT cost rate, working hours rate, sick leaves and work injury cost, the absenteeism & tardiness ratio, hiring and separation cost, retirement cost and make the comparison between the current month, the same actual month on the previous year and the assumption budget on the beginning of current year).
  • Prepare forms 1, 6 & 2, and review all the social insurance status to be on time as per law.
  • Responsible for all checks which pay to the government institution (labor office, Sanctions, Emergency, social insurance, health and cultural services).
  • Calculate and run the grants and profit share and rewards as per the internal policy.
  • Handle the social insurance and labor office inspection.
  • Managing and keeping all employees personnel records and files within the company as per law.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce from well-known university.
  • HR Diploma is an advantage.
  • From 8-10 years’ experience including 5 years in supervisory position.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG - Manufacturing sector’ handling the same position.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, Rational, self-confidence, self-motivated, have effective communication skills, know about problem solving & decision making techniques, reporting & analytical skills are needed.
  • Previous experience with database management tools.
  • Proficiency in MS knowledge.
  • Very good in business English language
