Job Description

  • Be part of the finance operations controlling community and act an integral team member focused on delivering right analysis, reports and recommendations of the Inventory.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
  • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes Perform on-going cycle counts for all inventory categories / inventory accuracy check.
  • Control material excess and obsolete.
  • Prepare inventory provision studies in accordance to company provision policies.
  • Provide routine management information on inventory performance
  • Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs.
  • Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap.
  • Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly. Control and follow up production job order.
  • Liaising and follow up with planning department the Job orders variances.
  • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
  • Ensuring accuracy of inventory counts, analyzing results, book-to-physical reconciliations, investigating variances, and resolving issues through use of root-cause analysis.
  • Monitor and reconcile inventory reserves: inventory shrink and obsolescence.
  • Completes inventory analysis, presents regular results to upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, work experience in a GL position is preferred.
  • Have a detailed understanding of management systems and ERP (SAP).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication skills (written / oral).
