Job Description
- Participates in the annual strategy planning process through formulating department annual objectives.
- In collaboration with the internal teams, formulates project plans and continuously aligns with the Account Management team.
- Manages selection of suppliers and contract negotiations.
- Manages suppliers’ relationships and performance and evaluates the strength of current supplier agreements.
- Supervises the production, delivery and fulfillment of required materials.
- Facilitates the coordination activities with suppliers during procurement (upon need) and directs on-site operations team.
- Manages the delivery of multiple and diverse jobs simultaneously through effectively managing direct reports to maximize the efficiency of the department.
- Resolves arising conflicts among team and/or external parties to ensure the smooth design, implementation and delivery of services.
- Provides training/coaching/motivation and gives feedback on a regular basis to develop the team’s technical skills whilst setting clear goals and standards for the department.
- Conducts performance appraisal sessions for direct report(s) in due time ensuring a timely, efficient and objective Performance Management process.
- Interviews, selects and recruits new team members
Job Requirements
- University Degree (Preferred Marketing or Business Specialization.)
- 10+ years of experience in direct marketing operations and Production.
- Knowledge of and passion for marketing concepts, methods and techniques.
