Job Description
- To manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in civil engineering or architectural engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM/CAD Management experience.
- Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies and workflow.
- Proficient with 3D parametric modelling.
- Autodesk Revit family creation and and other competitive products certificate preferred.
- Has a good experience with 4D and 5D.
- Capable of BIM/CAD research and develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with estimators, project managers, employees and senior management.
- Ability to negotiate effectively internally regarding choices in methods of fabrication and installation based on solid design knowledge, as well as on scheduling of design/modelling projects.
- Ability to motivate and manage people in a design/modeling environment.
