Job Description
Join Werefresh group and work in a leader team that is dedicated to support the food service channel with high quality products and the optimum added value service.
You will drive the sales performance of Hospitality Segment for the Lavazza & Nafee coffee products. Reporting to the Managing Partner you will lead and coach the Cairo sales teams to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Segment revenue and margin in the Region
- Focus on segment ‘solutions’ sales
- Develop solution value proposition and point of differentiation versus competition and alternate solutions
- Manage the Cairo Salesforce CRM funnel for the segment leveraging in the Region; drive coordination activities which improve funnel conversion rates and speed; generate qualified leads and selling tools for the field team(s) in order to drive industry best sales cycle closure rates
- Participate in creation/development of internal and external segment solutions training materials (strong collaboration with Training, Quality and Maintenance team)
- Quantifying market size by segment and sub-segment and understand growth drivers
- Identifying and capturing segment trends
- Developing a deep understanding of the segment value chain, decision makers, influencers, blockers and champions
- Communicate around segment activities and solutions launches (Sales Partnerships)
- Annual Regional segment strategic and operating plan
- Understanding industry and competitive trends
- Build strong end-user relationships; measure success through the customers feedback and KPIs
Job Requirements
Your background
- A Bachelor’s degree Business Administration
- More than 3 years of experience in Sales jobs in a multi-national company with insert relevant products
- Worked in the coffee industry (Preferable) or Food Service channel - HORECA (Must)
- Ability to translate strategy into business objectives with clear accountability
- Result oriented; takes responsibility for decisions, actions and results; sets stretch goals and achieves them
- Demonstrates flexibility and agility by quickly adapting to changing business circumstances and dynamic situations
- Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling
- Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
- Communicates in an open, candid and consistent manner. Breaks down barriers and develops relationships across teams, functions and layers
- Strives for personal growth by seeking feedback; continuously learns and develops self; learns as much from failures as successes
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
