We are recruiting HR caliber as per the following details:

  • Designation: HR Specialist
  • Location : Maadi HQ
  • Reporting : HRBL
  • Grade: H01/H03

Job Description:

  • On-boarding process, offering and contracting new hires
  • Handling resignation, dismissal (exit process) and taking actions required
  • Employees daily contact and HR admin work (HR help desk)
  • Ensuring the company’s compliance with labor law and regulations on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents required from official authorities (labor, health & insurance offices).
  • Creating and maintaining personnel records/ file for each employee
  • Tack employees’ attendance and absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Keeping record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions
  • Handling and following up employees daily issues such as medical insurance and bank issues
  • Conducting HR interviews and creating job offers and update DB accordingly
  • Manage the exit process and conduct exit interviews as appropriate.
  • Participate in other HR functions such as payroll, personnel, employees engagement, handling employees daily inquiries, …etc.

Job Requirements

  • EDUCATION : Relevant degree preferred in HR or Administration, HR Certificate/Professional qualification is a definite plus
  • EXPERIENCE : 1 - 2 years of HR experience preferably in Pharmaceutical field
  • IT LITERACY: Very good MS Office skills and professional Excel literacy "Vlookup, Pivot Tables, If functions, ..etc)
  • LANGUAGE : Good English proficiency both oral and writing
