Job Description
- Welcome the customers in a professional way.
- Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
- Provide accurate information (product features, pricing, dimensions etc...) .
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale .
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails .
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy .
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the showroom manager & entering figures into a computer system (SAP system) .
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations .
Job Requirements
- Talented fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Maximum experience: 5 years.
- Preferable previous experience in retail field.
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
