Job Description
- Review all documents related to Contract in order to prepare associated Planning documents and the preliminary schedule and cash flow provided with tender proposal.
- Production of a Construction Program and related documents coordinating on / off site construction processes based on the strategy agreed upon with the Project Manager with input from the Construction Manager.
- Orient, Subcontractors Planning Engineers of company process and procedure to prepare the schedules that should be incorporated in the Master Schedule.
- Identify, analyze and inform project management of variations between planned and actual progress and initiates corrective action at the earliest opportunity.
- Overall plan and review the monthly cost report.
- Design report forms of all sorts as required for periodical progress of the project.
- Check progress on the project schedules by frequent site inspection and stress to site supervisors the need to adhere to the required sequences and durations of the scheduled activities.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Civil / Architect; Engineering Degree.
- Proficient in Projects planning & scheduling functions, including schedule development and schedule analysis.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office applications / Primavera.
