General Responsibilities for all technical fields
Providing central professional engineering services required for the entire mall. This is in addition to engineering services for the power as required.
Continuously monitoring the utilization of available personnel as well as facility resources of the division to ensure optimum resource utilization.
Coordinating current and planned division activities with other divisions, and support departments where it affects their planning and staffing.
Establishing and implementing divisional policies, procedures, and guidelines consistent with company Policy.
Establishing employee development and training programs and maintaining a technical and managerial staff, which includes capabilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the division
Planning and defining short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the division. This is accomplished in terms of the quality, staffing requirements, and identification of necessary technological and operational improvements, based on current backlogs and prospective work.
Project Management responsibilities till finalizing the Mall undergoing projects.
Operation Manager responsibilities (Housekeeping – Security – Tenants contractors… etc.)
