Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the Security Operation runs strictly and accordingly to the prescribed security standards and policies of Info Fort.
- Initial registration, investigation and conclusion of incidents & or accidents reported.
- Manage and control outsources security officers, permanently employed security guards by Info Fort in terms of Planning, monitoring and proper implementation of all Info Fort Safety & Security procedures, investigation of incidents & accidents and to ensure satisfactory service is provided to customers internally and externally.
- Ensure all staff under your Guards is trained to deal with emergency situations and that it is documented with HR department
- Knowledge of fire systems & equipment
- Communicate all irregularities or incidents immediately to his direct management.
- Ensure all systems e.g. CCTV, DVR’s monitors, access controls are in working order.
- Ensure that access to the property, building and assets are properly controlled be it for visitors or employees.
Job Requirements
Qualification needed:
- High school, college diploma or junior college.
- Good Command of English.
- MS Applications: (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Able to work different shifts and flexible (especially night shift).
