Job Description

Job Summery:

  • We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Development to join our team.
  • A person who will be committed to developing and maintaining relationships with our clientele, and drive sustainable financial growth through following the company’s vision, constant personal development, and team building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Attend industry functions, such as Trade fairs and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development , sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software(e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
