Be the main contact, and foster strong relationships with all faculty and staff participating in marketing & enrollment events
Support event teams in creating & Auditing processes that help to execute events at the highest standards, e.g. best practice guides
Work with other Departments through MCI System
Help to manage all event logistics both in & outside the company
Create new ideas better Market positioning
Working closely with industry vendors to ensure highest service Level
Planning global events online, domestic and internationally
Participate in events that build brand awareness and increase customer interest
Collect data and insights to make considered improvements
Identifying new business/partnership opportunities
Analyze the market and competitor’s ability

To effectively process all event enquiries
To support the existing team with event planning and administrational processes
To communicate requirements to the Operational Team where required
To add value and enhancements to event Image with the aim of exceeding client expectations
To work well as part of the Event Account Team and support colleagues and projects in order to meet the overall objectives for the Event
To produce reports and information on request to support reviews, evaluations and analysis
Preferred good background on marketing, sales and communications experience
Attention to Details
