Job Description

  • Handling Weekly Meeting Agenda (Managers) and follow up with tasks with them (Meeting Tasks) and give Ex. Manager reports about managers.
  • Follow up the corrective action through the executive process with managers, Ex. Manager and CEO.
  • Send monthly report to every departments and management about results, problems and suggested solutions.
  • Preparing all checks amounts of suppliers every month, report the total amounts by field, and working on (How to decrease these costs).
  • Follow up some actions with HR Mngt., QC Mngt, Production Mngt. by CEO.
  • Preparing Flight Tickets, Hotel Reservations, a business meeting for CEO.
  • Handle some reports from Export, Accounts, Gates Departments.
  • Handle and follow up managers problems and share them with Ex. Manager and follow up solutions.
  • Looking and follow up any problem which receives it by e-mail, problem boxes, or by hearing it from someone.

Warning Notes ***

  • CEO of this company is very serious and don't accept any talking mistakes between his Ex. Secretary and his managers (special with NEW persons) so, try handle your problems by Ex. manager, He will solve it for you.
  • Don't ask or talking with workers when you follow up anything, they are NOT in your level, You are talking with managers and in some cases with supervisors.
  • You must make him feel that you are a profit for his company NOT a COST, by improving your skills and your job.

Job Requirements

The availability of these qualities is required to apply for this function:

  • Speed of Intuitive, with the speed of implementation, and act without reference to the Chairman of the Board of Directors in normal things.
  • Tact in the talk.
  • Good appearance in accordance with the policies of work (in terms of clothing and accessories) Clothes in the work is quite different from attending a conference ... All of this with the availability of formal status as a prerequisite.
  • Must be skilled in the use of computer's functions (e-mails, Microsoft Office, social networking programs like: facebook).
  • You must speak English at a good level and be heard and understood (very good), and the level of writing (very good) This level is enough to book hotels, arrange travel and meet customers.
  • There must be wisdom in the behavior when you work with managers.
  • You must be fully employed for a minimum of three years. I mean the purposes of traveling abroad, changing work, marriage, pregnancy, military service Because this position is very sensitive.
