Job Description
The HR & personnel tasks and activities for the head office and all company branches:
- Succession planning.
- Manpower planning and all recruitment processes.
- Organizational Development and training activities planning and management.
- Performance Appraisal System development and management.
- Company Job Descriptions.
- Private Healthcare procedures and staff services.
- Personnel activities and daily normal workflow management (Files. Social Insurance, Medical Insurance ….).
- Labor relations (ministry of labor, labor offices).
- Internal Investigations.
- Employee Handbook.
Job Requirements
- At least University degree (Postgraduate certificate will be an asset)..
- Excellent office computer skills, preferably experience in HRIS systems.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Leadership, communication and presentation skills.
