Job Description

The HR & personnel tasks and activities for the head office and all company branches:

  • Succession planning.
  • Manpower planning and all recruitment processes.
  • Organizational Development and training activities planning and management.
  • Performance Appraisal System development and management.
  • Company Job Descriptions.
  • Private Healthcare procedures and staff services.
  • Personnel activities and daily normal workflow management (Files. Social Insurance, Medical Insurance ….).
  • Labor relations (ministry of labor, labor offices).
  • Internal Investigations.
  • Employee Handbook.

Job Requirements

  • At least University degree (Postgraduate certificate will be an asset)..
  • Excellent office computer skills, preferably experience in HRIS systems.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Leadership, communication and presentation skills.
