Job Description
- Receive and execute work orders by contacting the service providers as soon as possible.
- Complete the work order - if necessary - by contacting the customer service department directly.
- Implementation of emergency job orders changes as soon as possible and with the best result.
- Communicate daily with the service providers to follow the progress of work.
- Contact customers to confirm activation of the service or for any reason required by the work.
- Communicate with customers if required to do so.
- Preparing necessary documents and reports related to work requirements on a daily / weekly basis.
- Save documents carefully in their designated places.
