Job Description

  • Receive and execute work orders by contacting the service providers as soon as possible.
  • Complete the work order - if necessary - by contacting the customer service department directly.
  • Implementation of emergency job orders changes as soon as possible and with the best result.
  • Communicate daily with the service providers to follow the progress of work.
  • Contact customers to confirm activation of the service or for any reason required by the work.
  • Communicate with customers if required to do so.
  • Preparing necessary documents and reports related to work requirements on a daily / weekly basis.
  • Save documents carefully in their designated places.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are most welcome
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
