Job Description
- Follow up the process of achieving the objectives of the sales team and customers.
- Follow up , train and appraise the sales team.
- Regular visits to customers whether with sales representatives or individual.
- Follow up the daily reports collected from the sales teams and submit them to the direct manager.
- Study the activities of competitors in the region, collect data, information, analyzed and submitted to the direct manager.
- Zoning and setting up appropriate plans for managing the region.
- Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5-8 years of experience (preferred in home appliances).
- Males only.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Data analysis Skill.
- Good command in English language.
- Age not exceeding 38.
