Job Description
Duties
1- Daily arrival.
- Pricing Daily Arrival by contract rate & offers and confirmed with budget.
- Calculate minus due to SEBD offers
- Export zero & minus report and send it to responsible department from 1C
2- Express File
- Checking arrival for any express rooms and needed confirmation from hotel side which sent from reservation& if we have deviation between confirmed rate and express rate will be minus
3- Correction Mails
- Auditing Turn way and Moving Guest from Hotel to another & calculate the difference between the old stay and the new one with the amount collected from the customer by reservation department
- Make any correction which received from reservation department (no show –early check out- pax no show and insert this data in 1C system
4- weekly Report
- Displays Arrival Statistics report which analysis total arrival for all hotels in all regions and the occupation percentage for all hotels in the above regions
- SEBD report which displays the total minus for the actual invoiced balance for each hotel
Job Requirements
- Years of experience: 2 years
- Experienced with: Tourism field
- Proficiency in Computer skills.
- Languages: English.
- Skills: Communication, Negotiation.
