Job Description
- Preparing of technical proposals, project scope of work and deliverables.
- Review and comment all plant design drawing, calculations, reports, documents and specification.
- Preparing shop drawing.
- Preparing Technical reports for purchasing Materials.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
- Evaluate supplier technical offers till selecting supplier and issuing order.
- Preparation and maintaining of Budget estimates.
- Reviewing Monthly payment valuations.
- Reviewing and negotiating prices with Contractors.
- Cost estimate for any change order during project presses.
- Approving technical and material submittals.
- Study and Approving Variation orders cost and impact.
- Review construction process in order to maintain any technical issue.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
- Evaluate supplier technical offers, and select the supplier.
- Attending design team meetings.
- Hands-over the tender document.
- Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work.
- Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation order in order to ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 Years Experience in technical office at hospitality mega projects.
- Has worked before in Technical Office is a must.
- Good user in Auto Cad.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Good Command in English.
- Strong Communication skills.
