Job Description

  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Provide guidance to clients in purchasing a property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure the closing of property deals till vital documents & contract are signed.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales in accordance with the marketing team.
  • Provide periodic reports to the head accounts manager on sales operation.
  • Participate in sales exhibitions and events to promote company image and expand company network.

  • Fluent English language usage
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Trustworthy, presentable, and sales oriented
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Ability to arrange tasks according to its priority and work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc.)
