  • We are hiring a Receptionist to be based at Multicare Manufacturing facility as per the following details:
  • Designation: Receptionist
  • Location: Industrial Area, 3rd Settlement- New Cairo (Kattamia)
  • Job Grade: R01/R04

JOB PURPOSE:

  • The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that quality services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
  • Meet and greet visitors of the office and direct them to concerned employee to meet guests
  • Pick up and deliver the mail
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
  • Support the Executive Director and other staff Main Activities
  • Provide administrative services for the Executive Director
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Monitor and report attendance on daily basis to HR Team
  • Coordinate fleet from and to the factory to ensure timely departure and arrival

  • Computer skills including all Office Applications
