Job Description
- implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans that will assist the sales team in achieving and exceeding the sales revenue.
- Oversee report trends and recommend areas of improvement for all aspects of sales department.
- Create, implement and maintain department policy and procedures for sales department and identify automation and process improvement and follow-through to implementation.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating, development and performance management of staff in support of overall customer sales satisfaction and service.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry alliances and prospects that meet accredited employee’s status.
- Help the Sales & Marketing Director developing the annual sales plan in support of the company’s strategy and business objectives.
- Manage lead and client tracking, sales processing and database management
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales management is must
- 3-5 Years of experience in sales field Male or Female
- University degree
- Good command of English
- Negotiation, leadership and reporting skills
- Ability for numerical analysis
- Ambitious, self-confident & willing to learn
- An ability to work within a big team, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
