Research Analyst

The Senior Research Specialist is required to participates in building organizational knowledge capacity through designing and implementing research methodologies, programs, and plans in a manner that reflects Domiatec’s interests, to enhance management’s ability to make accurate investment decisions.

• Assists Investment Director in developing tactical and strategic product, services and/or programs to support various organizational objectives.
• Perform various external and internal research endeavors on areas of organizational interest. This may include collecting and analyzing secondary data in addition to generating and analyzing primary data.
• Research issues to assist with development of policy and make recommendations as appropriate.
• Initiate research projects and respond to research assignments delegated by the Investment Director.
• Make tabular formats, fact sheets, graphs and reports on each of the research results in order to summarize them.
• Prepare databases as well as manage and manipulate them whenever needed.
• Assist in the designing of questionnaires and other survey methodologies.
• In coordination with the Financial Analyst, prepare special programs for certain tasks like data entry and statistical analysis.
• Work and cooperate with third parties including but not limited to: external auditors, governmental authorities, SMEs, consultants, service providers, etc.
• Consolidate and present -as requested and/or per industry norm- periodic and ad-hoc reports regarding the overall division status, and the various functions, outlining achievements versus plan and challenges and suggestions for improvements.
