Job Description
- Design/create graphics based content for daily newscasts, specials, commercial, social and promotional spots
- Create and produce animated graphic opens and elements for newscasts, clients and promotions
- Collaborate with creative team and cross-functionally with the Digital marketing department supporting ratings growth strategy, increasing traffic and awareness to the company websites and social platforms
- Track performance of station branding elements
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of design/marketing experience
- Professional experience in social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Strong design, illustration and typographic skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, this include writing copy for advertising
- Experience with Mac OS, Adobe products including; After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Video editing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
