Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or through a central reservation system
Creates and maintains reservations records-usually by date of arrival and alphabetical listing prepares letters of confirmation and promptly processes any cancellations and modifications
To always update and keep up with the new properties
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
Assist customers with the planning and bookings aspect of their queries

Minimum 3 years of experience reservation field, administrative work, and data encoding in the system
Bachelor degree or Higher Secondary diploma
Age: 25 years and above.
Excellent communication and written skills in the English language
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Excellent Negotiating skills
Knowledgeable about hotels and other hospitality industries details
Expertise in countries and cities information around the world
Knowledge in marketing strategies
