Senior Sales Property Consultant

• We are looking to hire for this position of Senior Property Consultant, an experienced and passionate self-motivated individual that will be treated as a part of family in our promising start-up.
• To lead the end-to-end client journey for any of our property consultancy services while maintaining and following the STONE Property Consultants’s core-values, mission and vision.

Business Purpose-Leading and Managing existing and new client’s property portfolio’s:

• The purpose of this job is to act as the single point of contact between the company and its clients, strengthen the relationships with the existing client base and to identify new prospects in accordance to the implemented strategy.
• Sales targets to be achieved with emphasis on client’s satisfaction within a proper communication framework and according to the company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• SPC performs sales/Business development/marketing activities to establish the company's services.
• Clients include HNW Individuals, businesses, government organizations. Sales may be domestic (within the A.R.E) or international, or a combination of both, activities will include face to face interactions, meetings, events, calls, emails, online channels.
• As well as approaching potential clients with the aim of winning new business; SPC work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. The SPC job is target driven and consequently the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized.
