Job Description
- Plan production control activities to improve run-time while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Follow up the Production and change the plan according to the actual performance.
- Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level.
- Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
- Assist Sales unit in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries.
- Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.
- Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications.
- Plan equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet production schedule.
- Calculate the forecast error and try to reduce it.
- Make a weekly production plan for different production lines.
- Make a daily master production schedule and deliveries plan.
Job Requirements
- Experience 3-5 years in Manufacturing field (MUST) preferable in (Printing and Packaging)
- Bachelor of Engineering is MUST.
- Very good English level.
- Organization and Communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Analytical skills.
