Job Description
- Make and update training plan according to company's business need;
- Hold training courses for the store staff in the assigned time, according to company's business need;
- Hold store manager courses, reserved store manager courses, staff courses, theme courses etc., according to market's training need;
- Follow up with the growth of the trainees after the theoretical training, and give guidance to the stores and trainees, and collect the training needs, and give feedbacks in time;
- Stick to the operation standards of the stores, and discover any problems and solve them in time;
- Stay in good communication with area managers and relative departments, and achieve the company's sales targets together
Job Requirements
- Good image, down-to-earth, and fluent in expression and communication;
- At least two years Experience in training, and in Retail industry will preferred.
- Complete the training tasks independently set by the headquarter;
- Develop and create new courses, perfect the area training tasks, according to the training needs;
- Proficient in using the computers, projectors, speakers, and also office softwares like Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Passionate, inviting and appealing, can get used to short business trips.
- Fluent English.
