Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment and screening of candidates.
- Contacting interviewees for HR interviews.
- Setting compensations and benefits program as per company policy.
- Preparing all employment paperwork.
- Conducting audits of payroll, leaves, attendance, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinating with managers for annual appraisals.
- Finishing up social insurance paperwork
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 years as HR Generalist
- Bsc. Holder of relevant field
- HR certificate
- MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
- Communication and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills
