Job Description
- The Compound Manager position supports and assists in the management of commercial real estate in accordance with the Management Agreements.
- He is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc.
- Handles tenant complaints and service requests, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed: 3-5 years’ experience in the same job (Habitation/ Residential/ Beach) Compounds
- Retired Colonel of Army
- Very Good knowledge of windows ,Internet and MS Office
- Egyptian Nationality and his history's work is in Egypt.
