Job Description

Brand Manager is responsible for executing the marketing plans in conjunction with various suppliers and agencies and the liaison with various clients/Camp provider/companies at the execution and brand levels.

  • Develops marketing objectives to achieve volume/share/equity in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Brainstorms with the Marketing departments to come up with marketing activities based on competitive analysis, and parents & kids comments/ requests.
  • Conducts research on the camp in the process of better understanding consumer opinions and preferences.
  • Consistently monitors and analyzes competitor activities and performance which may require attending events and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Supports and contributes ideas to the camp program.
  • Assists with training, weekly staff meetings and supervising staff with guidance of the project manager.
  • Presents the camp products to educational entities such as schools, etc. and create strategic partnership with these educational institutions.
  • Active involvement in the operation and delivery of the camp programs.
  • Documents material from camp sessions to be used later in marketing activities.
  • Coordinates with the marketing department to create giveaways and memorabilia for the kids and their parents.
  • Gathers data from the Customer service team about the camp bookings to take relevant actions to achieve targets set by Project Manager.
  • Takes in parents’ questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Be present during the orientation day to assist les elfes staff.
  • Ensures programs run on schedule and all required supplies are purchased.
  • Review, complete and follow up on incident reports and report to Project Manager.
  • Ensures all inventories are maintained.
  • Creates end of season reports to assist in planning of future camps.
  • Performs other duties upon request

Job Requirements

  • 3 years brand marketing experience in event management.
  • University degree of any study
  • Strong and Strategic analysis capability for driving future strategies.
  • Analytical & Innovative thinking leading to flawless execution.
  • Strong presentation & communication skills (both compiling and presenting).
  • Team work spirit.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines & willing to put in long working hours.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Positive and confident attitude.
  • Ability to work under stress to fulfill brand management activities in.
  • Extensive knowledge of market research and other concepts of branding and marketing.
  • Good Project Management skill.
  • Good Customer Marketing interface.
