Job Description
- Serve as lead video editor. Flawlessly edit material for broadcast, web and other platforms for the program, including packages, standalone voice over, show opens and bumps, digital only content and promotional material.
- Conceptualize story presentation with correspondents, photographers, producers and management staff.
- Work directly with other SBG News Operations to share video for this program, and for their local usage.
- Manage digital assets, and archive video for future use.
- Meet production deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional editing experience.
- Exceptional ability to tell stories using images and sound.
- Expertise in Avid Non linear Editing and After Effects.
- Excellent Final Cut , Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere.
- Good English (Writing / Speaking).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional manner.
