Job Description
- Exceed individual sales targets through planned, effective sales calling.
- Retain and protect existing business.
- Initiate and assist with appropriate marketing activities.
- Negotiate, conclude and manage a variety of sales deals.
- Ensure effective two-way communication with project management and technical office to ensure all selling opportunities are identified and acted on.
- Support and develop new team members.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field, certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proven performance in a sales environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at Real estate industry
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- The ability to communicate with clients through phone calls and social media
- The ability to visit the sites for showing of units.
- The ability to follow up with customers' requests.
