Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced chef, able to conduct training sessions in basic culinary skills for free lance cooks already working with us , as well as on boarding new chefs and training them
- He/She should be able to conduct visits to the freelance cooks , st their homes to assess he culinary skills and audit the suitability of the kitchen
- He/she should be able to conduct another on spot training session/s on number of dishes at the cooks premises too and advice the cooks about portions, ingredients , packaging etc
- He/she should be available for training sessions as per the company requirements , during weekends
- He /she is responsible for conducting appraisal sessions every quarter , hiring , recruiting and replacing cooks , if needed , either through his own network or through the company data base as requested
Job Requirements
- Must be Graduate of a culinary school or Egyptian association of chefs or college of home economics or Faculty of tourism with relevant discipline
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting
- Previous training in a restaurant setting is appreciated
- Previous kitchen management or head Chef post in a restaurant or a hotel is also appreciated
