Job Description

  • Leading Team of outbound corporate Travel consultant team.
  • Manage Responding to Corporate account Travel reservation needs.
  • Allocate customer requests over corporate team
  • Train newly hired corporate staff.
  • Receive and handle customers’ complaints (direct /cascaded from corporate team) and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop monthly and yearly, blue sky customers source sheet and send it to marketing department and all concerned parties.
  • Developing new communication techniques with corporate customers.
  • Develop weekly report, presenting corporate collective number of files and total markup generated.
  • Identify opportunities for business development.
  • Developing monthly and quarterly status progress report, measuring percentage of targets achievements.
  • Conducting satisfaction customer survey, assessing supplier’s services.
  • Assist outbound manager in appraising corporate staff.
  • Delegate outbound manager in assigned tasks.
  • Present Blue Sky, in supplier’s events and submit visit report.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good Computer Skills.
  • Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc...
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
  • Excellent English Language Level (writing –understanding).
  • 5-6 years same previous experience with at least 3 years as a manager.
