Job Description
- Leading Team of outbound corporate Travel consultant team.
- Manage Responding to Corporate account Travel reservation needs.
- Allocate customer requests over corporate team
- Train newly hired corporate staff.
- Receive and handle customers’ complaints (direct /cascaded from corporate team) and communicate with concerned related parties to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop monthly and yearly, blue sky customers source sheet and send it to marketing department and all concerned parties.
- Developing new communication techniques with corporate customers.
- Develop weekly report, presenting corporate collective number of files and total markup generated.
- Identify opportunities for business development.
- Developing monthly and quarterly status progress report, measuring percentage of targets achievements.
- Conducting satisfaction customer survey, assessing supplier’s services.
- Assist outbound manager in appraising corporate staff.
- Delegate outbound manager in assigned tasks.
- Present Blue Sky, in supplier’s events and submit visit report.
Job Requirements
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Excellent general information about touristic locations, capital of counties, etc...
- Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Excellent English Language Level (writing –understanding).
- 5-6 years same previous experience with at least 3 years as a manager.
