Job Description

  • Time management and arrangement of meetings between the different departments and Top Managements
  • Record minutes of meeting.
  • Managing the company’s internal and external relations upon direct assignment from related party.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for board of directors.
  • Manage and maintain Direct Manager schedules.
  • Prepare and review operational reports.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Etc.).
  • Good time management and communication skills.
