Job Description
- Time management and arrangement of meetings between the different departments and Top Managements
- Record minutes of meeting.
- Managing the company’s internal and external relations upon direct assignment from related party.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for board of directors.
- Manage and maintain Direct Manager schedules.
- Prepare and review operational reports.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Etc.).
- Good time management and communication skills.
