Job Description

  • Set security and privilege levels.
  • Help desk for Windows XP/7/10, and office 2007/2010.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software (PCs and Servers) problems.
  • Administration of network printers, scanners and Faxes.
  • Backup policy using windows tool.
  • Install and deploy antivirus and antispam
  • Contact suppliers to get offers of software and hardware and discuss with the Procurement Director
  • Responsible for all office equipment maintenance agreements and follow up.

Other Skills:

  • Problem Solving, supporting internal users in solving problems, able to communicate professionally with employees and suppliers, able to work under stress and handle multi-tasks.
