Job Description
- Offering pre-sales support to sales reps and agents
- Develop responses to RFP's, RFI's, RFQ's, and proposals that meet the technology and business requirements of the customers’
- Helping sales executives by making technical presentations, answering technical questions
- Write effective technical proposals to position and illustrate our designed solutions to win the trust of the customers.
- Generate Bill of Materials.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to solve technical and non-technical problems
- Conducting research on new products and evaluating specific requirements of customer
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of all products and services
- Responding to tender documents, writing proposals
- Help to evaluate and qualify public tenders (RFI’s, RFP’s and RFQ's) for technical parts
- Gather information about requested products or services from multiple vendors and make recommendations.
- Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in light current systems
- Eager to learn
- Fluency in English
