Job Description

  • To provide Assistance and coordination for Human Resources Department.
  • Assist on daily time keeping records, and monthly payroll clothing.
  • Assist in recruitment process (Advertisement placement - Interview Arrangements -
  • Assist in timely documented follow up with applicants).
  • Assist in updating and completion of filing system for personnel records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in following medical insurance activities (Approvals- Refund- Check-ups...etc).
  • Responsible for updating personal database.
  • Dealing with governmental authorities (Social Insurance- Medical Insurance- Labor Law- Post Office).
  • Assist in organizing other employee benefits and recognition awards.
  • Assist in Training process Execution and filing system.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ Years in dealing with (Social Insurance, Labor Office).
  • Strong knowledge in labor/ social insurance laws, and regulations.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Very good communication& presentation skills.
  • Heliopolis and nearby residents are preferably
  • HR Certificates is plus.
