Job Description
- Supervise the activities of sales representatives in order to meet sales target.
- Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
- Collaborate with sales manager to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
- Assist sales manager in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings.
- Maintains promotional database by inputting customers data and analyzing market to generate new prospects.
- Updates sales manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to make new business deals.
- Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact the targeted accounts as assigned.
- Presenting the company and the services it offers in a professional way to prospects.
- Having a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Making accurate and rapid proposals and providing customers with quotations.
- Negotiating on price, the terms of agreements and closing sales.
- Follow-up the collection of payments.
