Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the organization’s daily accounting operations, end of month processes and yearly reporting requirements
- Prepare monthly management reports for the Board and CFO
- Prepare annual budgets including forecasting and cash flow modeling
- Engage in ongoing cost analysis and implementation of cost reduction strategies
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. Degree in accounting/ Finance from a reputable discipline.
- Finance Management Diploma from a reputable discipline.
- CMA/ CPA is a plus.
- 7+ years of proven experience in Finance with Engineering services companies.
- 2+ years of proven experience in supervising a finance team in reputable contracting and facility management companies.
- Experience with latest Finance SWs.
- MS Office Professional User, MS Excel is a must.
- Responsive to emails.
- Internet & Computer savvy.
- Very good in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- High Communication skills at multiple levels.
