Job Description
Job holder must be having the hand-on experience in manufacturing industries exposing to the following HR functions:
- Employee Relations
- Payroll administration and analysis
- Compliance with Personnel, Social insurance and labor office
- Employee Medical insurance
- Manpower planning and recruitment
- Competency based management (Interview, Training and PMS)
- HR Reporting and Presentation (HRMIS)
Job Requirements
- Age from 30-35
- Experience 6-9 in Manufacturing Companies
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent computer skills (MS office and ERP)
