Job Description
- Follow up foreign purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Reach Best Freight rate & amending shipping types in order to reach ideal availability with the lowest cost & minimum delivery time.
- Follows up with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to finalize purchase and ensure smooth dispatches and deliveries.
- Makes special analyses of procurement to seek ways for cost reduction.
- Prepare forecasts and inventories for reports to the company's management team
Work location: El-Sheikh Zayed
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4- 6 years experience in foreign purchasing, preferably for Automotive companies
- Strong command of English in both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of business
- Good negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good planning and organizational skills
